Research projects, whether quantitative or qualitative, whether
on-line, by phone, or on paper, are custom-designed to fit your
specific needs and requirements. And, they are always designed
with the dual goals of helping you make sound business decisions
and execute effective action in as timely a manner as possible.
Because, these days, who has time to waste?
Study Design:
IBRC’s professional staff is expert in designing custom research
projects with “sense and respond” (versus “measure and report”)
orientations. That can be as simple as instituting a “red flag”
process when trigger issues are encountered to designing complex
feedback and escalation loops. Members of the Marketing Research
Association and American Marketing Association, staff members
participate in continuing education programs and industry
conferences. They’re ready, too, with a network of industry
experts and consultants to put at your disposal.
Field Work and Data
Collection:
IBRC is well qualified to field research projects with an
in-house CATI survey center, on-staff programmers, and dedicated
and secure servers for on-line research. In addition, IBRC has a
proven network of vendors to utilize for those projects that
cannot be fielded on-site.
Project Management:
IBRC uses its own staff of project managers and field
administrators to guide every aspect of a study. Most members of
our project staff have substantial -- in the order of decades'
worth of -- marketing research experience.
Data Processing
and Data Analysis:
IBRC, in conjunction with the Xerox Business Research Group, has
been a pioneer in the development of conjoint analysis and image
mapping. Whether your project requires simple tabulations or
complex correspondence analysis, IBRC has the resources and
experience required.
Reports and Presentations:
The effective communication of actionable research findings is a
primary requirement of any IBRC project. Whether you require a
“simple” top-line report or a formal presentation, whether
presentations are made in person at your site, remotely via
teleconference, or posted on-line for a wider audience of your
choosing, IBRC is ready and able to meet your reporting
requirements.
On-going Consultancy:
Some clients have the internal resources and experience
necessary to commission and utilize the results of ad hoc
research projects effectively. Others benefit from on-going
professional guidance. IBRC offers services targeted to the
particular needs of each client.
