Key Staff

IBRC's staff members share many things (our common vision, values, goals, a passion for their careers … and, office space!), but none is more important than their shared dedication to satisfying our clients' needs. We take justifiable pride in the breadth and depth of expertise and experience each of our professional staff members possess. And, they take an obsessive interest in improving the customer experience for each client with every project undertaken.

Meet a few of our key staff members...

Carlos Fernandez
Lead Application Programmer

A veteran of the dot-com world, Carlos brings to IBRC an impressive set of programming skills, not the least of which are creativity, flexibility, and speed.  Prior to joining IBRC, he worked at TechEmpower, where he developed and managed custom application projects, and Dana Point Communications, where he served as a Web programmer and systems administrator for web servers.  Carlos is an expert in Java, HTML, and SQL.

He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and completed the Microsoft .net applications programming courses.


Marnie Kallenbach
Online Systems Specialist

Prior to joining IBRC in 2005, Marnie spent four years at Net Asset Management, a Los Angeles-based provider of Web-based managed account technology to financial institutions and advisory firms.  She first served as an Marketing Coordinator for the Los Angeles office, and later as a Documentation and Systems Specialist in the Technology group after the company merged with EnvestNet - one of the largest providers of wealth management solutions to independent financial advisors.  She has over fifteen years of experience as an Account Executive and Institutional Marketing Associate in the financial industry.

She graduated from La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, and received her Graphic Arts Certificate at SCROC.
