may be disclosed. By providing any information, you agree to IBRC’s
use of that information consistent with this Policy.
1. Personally Identifiable Information
All Clients and Users have the option of providing various types of
personally identifiable information to IBRC through the Site. For
example, you may choose to provide IBRC with your personally
identifiable information, including, but not limited to, your name,

as credit card details or social security numbers.) IBRC does NOT
store cookie files on your hard drive. IBRC does NOT log any
personally identifiable information you may have provided to any

This is done so that we can monitor usage of the Site and improve
our processes and Client services.
All data collected is the property of the Client and is only hosted
and facilitated by IBRC. IBRC stores this information securely on
behalf of the Client who collected it. This information is only
accessible to that Client and to IBRC as administrator of the Site.

maintain the servers that host the Site. By visiting the Site, all
Users and Clients consent to IBRC providing all information (whether
or not personally identifiable) received or collected from those
Users and Clients to such third-party providers for the purpose of
enabling the third-party providers to provide these outsourced

requests from law enforcement authorities or in response to a
subpoena or other legal process. IBRC does not expect this to
happen, but if it does, IBRC will provide only the information
required. IBRC can also turn over information about you if it
believes it must in order to prevent a violation of the law, and by
accepting this Policy, you consent to IBRC’s right to do so, in its
sole discretion. You also consent to our disclosing information
about you in the course of legal proceedings if IBRC believes it is
legally required to do so, if it reasonably believes that doing so
may mitigate its liability, or if doing so will assist IBRC in
enforcing its legal rights.
At some point, IBRC may establish subsidiaries or other related
companies, or merge with or be acquired by another company. If and
when that happens, then IBRC may disclose to them your information,
in which case IBRC will request them to abide by this Policy. IBRC
may disclose some information to a potential acquirer, although such
disclosure would be subject to normal and customary requirements. If
and when such a merger or acquisition takes place, IBRC will notify
you by publishing a public announcement on
IBRC.com.
9. How IBRC Strives to Protect Your Personally Identifiable
Information

security technologies and procedures to protect information stored
in its computer systems from unauthorized access. IBRC also
maintains procedural safeguards that restrict access to your

employees (or people working on IBRC’s behalf and under
confidentiality agreements) who need to know your personally
identifiable information in order to administer the Site.
10. Updates to This Policy
IBRC updates this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its
business. If IBRC changes how it uses your personally identifiable
information or the purposes or entities for and to which it
discloses your personally identifiable information it will post the
