IBRC, Inc. takes the privacy and security of your personally
identifiable information very seriously. IBRC discloses its Privacy
and Security Policy (“Policy”) because you have the right to know
what personally identifiable information it collects, how it is
protected and used, and the circumstances under which it may be
disclosed. By providing any information, you agree to IBRC’s use of
that information consistent with this Policy.
Personally Identifiable Information
You have the option of providing various types of personally
identifiable information to IBRC through the Site. For example, you
may choose to provide IBRC with your personally identifiable
information, including, but not limited to, your name, email

receive or ever store any financial information, such as credit card
details.) IBRC collects this information when you, at any point,
manually enter it on any online form available on the Site. IBRC
does NOT store cookie files on your hard drive. IBRC does NOT log
your IP address, or the website address from which you may have
linked to the Site, or any personally identifiable information you
may have provided to any click-through website. IBRC does NOT employ
clear gifs to track your online movements while on the Site.
How IBRC Uses Your Personally Identifiable Information
IBRC uses the personally identifiable information you may provide
only to contact you to supply additional information you have
requested.
IBRC does NOT provide access to or share your personally
identifiable information with anyone else. IBRC NEVER sells or in
any other way provides your personally identifiable information to
third parties, except as noted specifically herein.
IBRC does NOT use your personally identifiable information to send

IBRC’s Policy Regarding Children
IBRC will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information
about any person under 13 years of age. If you believe that IBRC has
information from or about anyone below 13 years of age, please
notify IBRC by email at
privacy@ibrc.com .
Consent to the Use of Third Party Providers
Please understand that IBRC may contract with third parties to
provide various services to IBRC relating to the Site on an
outsourced basis rather than performing the services itself. For
example, IBRC may contract with a co-location facility to house and
maintain the servers that host the Site. By visiting the Site, you
consent to IBRC providing all information (whether or not personally
identifiable) received or collected from you to such third-party
providers for the purpose of enabling the third-party providers to
provide these outsourced services to it. In addition, you consent to
the collection, maintenance, and processing of your information
(whether or not personally identifiable) by IBRC and these
third-party providers. Third parties will protect your information
as IBRC would under the terms of this Policy.
Consent to Transfer
The Site is operated in the United States. Please be aware that any
information you provide to IBRC will be transferred to the US. By
using this Site and/or providing IBRC with your personally
identifiable information through this Site, you consent to this
transfer.
Opting Out
This Policy describes IBRC’s potential uses of your information. If
you do not agree to its potential uses of your personally
identifiable information as it has been described to you, you are
not required to provide that information.
You may also view and correct your personal information at any time.
You can do this by submitting a request to
privacy@ibrc.com.
Disclosure of Your Information
As you might expect, IBRC must cooperate with legal authorities and
may in some circumstances be required to disclose information
(including personally identifiable information) in response to
requests from law enforcement authorities or in response to a
subpoena or other legal process. IBRC does not expect this to
happen, but if it does, IBRC will provide only the information
required. IBRC can also turn over information about you if it
believes it must in order to prevent a violation of the law, and by
accepting this Policy, you consent to IBRC’s right to do so, in its
sole discretion. You also consent to our disclosing information
about you in the course of legal proceedings if IBRC believes it is
legally required to do so, if it reasonably believes that doing so
may mitigate its liability, or if doing so will assist IBRC in
enforcing its legal rights.
At some point, IBRC may establish subsidiaries or other related
companies, or merge with or be acquired by another company. When
that happens, then IBRC may disclose to them your information, in
which case IBRC will request them to abide by this Policy. IBRC may
disclose some information to a potential acquirer, although such
disclosure would be subject to normal and customary requirements. If
and when such a merger or acquisition takes place, IBRC will notify
you by publishing a public announcement on IBRC.com.
How IBRC Strives to Protect Your Personally Identifiable
Information
IBRC has implemented a variety of industry-standard encryption and
security technologies and procedures to protect information stored
in its computer systems from unauthorized access. IBRC also
maintains procedural safeguards that restrict access to your
personally identifiable information to IBRC employees (or people
working on IBRC’s behalf and under confidentiality agreements) who
need to know your personally identifiable information in order to
administer the Site and/or supply the services you requested.
Updates to This Policy
IBRC updates this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in its
business. If IBRC changes how it uses your personally identifiable
information or the purposes or entities for and to which it
discloses your personally identifiable information it will post the
policy change notification on the Site.
IBRC’s current Policy was last updated on July 18, 2008.
