IBRC was created in the mid-1980s to fill Xerox Corporation's need for quick-response, high-quality marketing research. The company developed under the strict quality control guidelines and leading-edge theoretical imperatives of the Xerox Business Research Group, the award-winning, internal marketing research function of Xerox Corporation. An independently owned and operated corporation since 1997, IBRC continues to serve Xerox as one of its many valued clients.
